All year, 3 days/2 nights, $651 per person: Enjoy just a taste of what Hurtigruten has to offer on this quick Norwegian getaway. Journey from Oslo to Bergen along the Bergen Line railway, recognized as being one of the top 20 railway experiences in the world. After arrival in Bergen, transfer to your Hurtigruten ship for an evening departure of your northbound cruise to Trondheim. Sail through exquisite ports of call, including the beautiful Art Nouveau town of Alesund, before arriving at your final destination— Trondheim, whose colorful history is reflected in its handsome civic architecture. From there, board a train through the scenic Gudbrandsdal valley to Oslo. Note: This program would be taken in lieu of a traditional 6-, 7- or 12-day Norwegian Coastal Voyage. Can be combined with a visit to Roros, the “Mining Town.”

$102 per person: The mining and farming activities within the town boundaries have created a unique mountain settlement—a wonder created by man, with an exceptional cultural value—which has earned Roros a place on UNESCO’s list of World Heritage Sites. This is an active and growing community famous for high-quality design products and arts and crafts, as well as a renowned local food movement. The most fascinating aspect of Roros is that its modern-day inhabitants still work and live in its characteristic 17th and 18th century buildings. Osterfjord: Cruise With MV White Lady (Bergen)
Summer, 4 hours, $60 per person: Enjoy the spectacular Norwegian scenery on board the White Lady. White Lady has been in service for several years and is a pleasant way to see some of the main attractions in Bergen, as well as the steep mountains, towering cliffs, and narrow fjords along the western coast of Norway.
Cruise on the Oslofjord (Oslo)
Summer, 2 hours, $65 per person: A guided cruise on board a traditional wooden ship, passing through a maze of green islands. A traditional Norwegian prawn buffet is included in this excursion.

All year, 3 hours, $48 per person: A comprehensive sightseeing tour featuring several of Oslo`s attractive and interesting highlights, including the Vigeland Sculpture Park, Holmenkollen Ski arena, city center and Viking Ship Museum.
Hardangerfjord in a Nutshell (Bergen – Bergen)
Summer, 10½ hours, $144 per person: Hardangerfjord is an 111-mile-long fjord displaying spellbinding natural landscapes. The tour starts by train on the Bergen Railway from Bergen to Voss. From Voss, the tour continues by coach through attractive farmland to Ulvik, a delightful village typical of western Norway. In Ulvik, you go by boat across the beautiful Hardangerfjord to Eidfjord.

Summer, 10 hours, $208 per person, Also available Oslo-Bergen Price $274: The Sognefjord is Norway’s longest and deepest fjord, stretching more than 125 miles inwards to the foot of Jotunheimen Mountain. The friendly locals claim that the dramatic landscape is one of the most beautiful travel destinations in the world. This organized roundtrip combines a beautiful boat journey on the Sognefjord with a spectacular train journey on the Flam Railway. Ask about extending your trip with a hotel stay.
A Unique Winter Experience— The Snow Hotel in Kirkenes

SnowShoeing (Kirkenes)
Winter, 2 hours, $105 per person: Wearing snowshoes, we walk in the deep snow and enjoy the Arctic wilderness. A normal health condition is required. Hot berry juice served en route.
Dog Sledding Kirkenes (Kirkenes)
Winter, 2 hours, $196 per person: Enjoy speeding through the Arctic wilderness on this thrilling adventure. You will get a short lesson how to handle the husky team—and then you’re ready to go!
King Crab Safari & Bathing in Barents Sea
Jan-Apr and Jun 15-Aug 15, 4 hours, $266 per person: On this safari, you’ll have a genuine, upclose experience with the King crab. Sail out on the fjord in a Zodiac rib, watching wildlife— including reindeer and White-tailed Sea eagles—along the way. As a guest, you will be involved in the day’s catch. Suited up in warm survival suits made for floatation, you’ll jump into the Barents Sea while your tour leader dives deep down to catch fresh crabs. Back at the resort, your team leaders will prepare the freshly caught crabs for you.
