Amazing European Cruise Itinerary:

Day 1: Lisbon, Portugal
Lisbon is a history-rich city built on seven hills along the River Tejo. Acquaint yourself with Portugal's capital before your afternoon embarkation. After an on-board orientation, your Western Europe Cruise begins with a sail down the Tejo, bound for Leixoes.

Day 2: Leixoes (Porto), Portugal
We call at Leixoes, at the mouth of the River Douro and close to Porto, Portugal's second-largest city and the charming center of the world's port wine trade.

Day 3: La Coruna, Spain
Your European cruise makes a short stop in Villa Garcia to drop off guests partaking in an excursion to Santiago de Compostela, traditional burial place of St. James. You will enjoy an evening arrival in La Coruna, home to the world's oldest operational lighthouse, "La Torre de Hercules."

Day 4: At sea
Enjoy on-board lectures on Western Europe as we sail towards our next port of call, Bordeaux.

Day 5: Bordeaux, France
This morning, we will sail up the Gironde River to Bordeaux, the fifth-largest city in France and one of the world's major wine centers. Here you may choose to visit some area vineyards and chateaux. Bordeaux itself boasts wide avenues, neoclassical architecture, and beautiful parks, which give it an 18th century ambience.

Day 6: At Sea
Enjoy the day as our European cruise continues towards the Channel Islands of Sark and Guernsey.

Day 7: Sark and Guernsey, UK
Bathed by the warm Gulf Stream, the Channel Islands are the perfect holiday destination. St. Peter Port, capital of Guernsey, is a bustling harbor town. Nearby Sark offers stunning coastal views and a picturesque rural interior, free of motor traffic.

Days 8-9: Rouen, France
This morning, we navigate the River Seine to Rouen, the charming capital of Normandy. Endowed with Gothic architecture and half-timbered houses that survived World War II intact, Rouen was the site where Joan of Arc was burned at the stake in 1431.

Days 10-11: London, UK
Sailing up the Thames River right into the heart of London and the Tower Bridge is an experience not to be missed! Big Ben, St. Paul's Cathedral, the London Eye, Westminster Abbey, a pint at a pub-choosing how to spend your time here can be a challenging affair.

Day 12: Antwerp, Belgium
The port of Antwerp, second-largest in Europe, boasts a rich past, full of history and culture. It is also a leading center for the fashion, design, and diamond trades. Browse the city's world-class museums and large pedestrian-only shopping streets, where you can stock up on Belgium's famous chocolates.

Day 13: Amsterdam, Netherlands
The Dutch capital is one of Europe's most charming destinations, renowned for its medieval city center and numerous grachten, or canals. The city is also noted for many outstanding museums, including the Rijksmuseum, the Rembrandt House, and the Van Gogh Museum, which houses the world's largest collection of paintings and drawings by Vincent Van Gogh.

Day 14: Hamburg, Germany
This morning, the MS Fram will navigate up the River Elbe and later arrive in Hamburg, second-largest city in Germany. Economically and culturally, Hamburg is also the center of northern Germany, and one of the most attractive cities in all of Europe. Here our Western Europe Cruise ends; disembark in the afternoon.
